the role

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in new product development projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Design, develop, and validate electronic circuits and systems, including detailed schematic capture and simulation.
• Create and maintain all necessary documentation, including schematics, layouts, and reports, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards.
• Manage product lifecycles, including BOM management and addressing end-of-life components with cost and availability considerations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to produce and validate prototypes.
• Conduct design FMEAs, debug technical issues, and develop innovative solutions to address customer complaints.
• Perform cost studies and ensure projects meet cost targets while maintaining high quality.
• Contribute to technical innovation, including the development of semi-automated jigs and the introduction of new projects based on innovative ideas.
• Work with specialized systems, including switch-mode power supplies, motion control, and DC motor controls.

the experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in electronic design and validation.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and work independently on complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Solid understanding of sensorics, certification requirements, and energy efficiency standards.
